This concept explores an online onboarding experience for JMMB Moneyline, designed to make it easier for new and existing clients to access JMMB’s digital banking services.

The experience allows new clients to begin the account-opening process online, while existing clients can register for Moneyline and activate access to available online banking features.

The concept focuses on creating a clear, simple and intuitive onboarding journey, guiding users through the required steps while reducing the need for in-branch assistance.

The goal was to make digital onboarding more convenient and accessible while helping JMMB move clients seamlessly from account registration to active use of its online banking platform.
